Job summary

Queen City Airport provides ground and concierge services for private and corporate aircraft as part of the LVAS team. The role involves fueling, towing, marshaling aircraft, coordinating ramp movements, and operating ground service equipment on the field.

Responsibilities include snow removal, passenger shuttle service, light custodial duties, baggage handling, and delivering outstanding customer service under varying conditions, including emergencies and severe weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related aviation/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays; after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities

• Fuel, tow and marshal private/corporate aircraft.
• Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing flights.
• Operate ground service equipment (tugs, fuel trucks, transportation).
• Fuel airport ground vehicles.
• Conduct snow removal and ice mitigation.
• Greet arrivals/departures and provide baggage handling as requested.
• Provide shuttle service for passengers and flight crews.
• Grass cutting and light custodial duties in office/hangar.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
