Job summary

Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority in Allentown, PA, is seeking an entry-level General Labor position at Queen City Airport (XLL) to support ground and concierge services within the LVAS team. You will fuel, tow, and marshal aircraft and assist with ramp movements.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with duties including baggage handling, shuttle service, and light custodial work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1 year of related experience is preferred.
• Available days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable programs.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to respond effectively in emergencies and severe weather.

Responsibilities

• Fuel, tow and marshal private/corporate aircraft.
• Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing flights.
• Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, fuel trucks and transportation vehicles.
• Fueling of airport ground vehicles.
• Operate ground service equipment per customer needs.
• Conduct snow removal and ice mitigation.
• Provide baggage handling services and shuttle service for passengers and flight crews.
• Perform grass cutting and light custodial duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive disposition.
