Job summary

Modern Aviation in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Line Service Technician (LST) to support ground handling and ramp operations for arriving and departing aircraft. You will fuel, tow, park, de-ice, and clean aircraft, while operating various ground support equipment safely and efficiently.

We value strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, and basic cleaning.
• Operate ground support equipment following safety procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of ramp services for arriving and departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness and prevent FOD.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to passengers and flight crews.
