Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior PPS Supervisor to direct and coordinate all Practical Problem Solving quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline area. The role leads a Quality team, ensures PPS and Airbus POA standards, and drives continuous improvement.

Location on-site in Mobile, AL with exposure to international teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in aviation and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Aviation.
• Experience with Airbus PPS/POA processes preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of EASA and aviation quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PPS practices within Operations and Quality.
• Ensure PPS maturity aligns with Airbus qualification requirements.
• Coordinate qualification management of inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with FAL-USA quality, cost and lead-time targets.
• Manage NCs from creation to closure with timely CPS actions.
• Oversee external EASA audit readiness.
