Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a PPV Leader to join the Manufacturing & Quality Engineering team in Mobile, Alabama.

You will help develop industrial process qualification and manufacturing system capability to support serial production at scale. You will lead technical reviews, oversee First Article Inspections, PFMEA/FAI/PPAPMSA activities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure readiness for ramp‑up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Control environment.
• Hands-on quality methodologies: PFMEA, FAI, PPAP/APQP, and MSA.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; SAP/PLM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PPV Leader duties and technical reviews of manufacturing systems.
• Oversee First Article Inspections and routing analyses for serial readiness.
• Drive risk assessments and corrective actions to ensure smooth ramp-up.
• Act as technical advisor to multi-functional teams on industrial risks.
