Gulfstream Aerospace in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an RS Qual Mgr/Chief Inspector for the Repair Station. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead quality department activities to deliver safe, compliant aircraft maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in aviation sciences or related field, 6 years in Part 25 QA, and 3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus an A&P license. Travel up to 25% and full-time employment are included.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation sciences, quality systems or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 6 years technical experience within Part 25 aircraft, working with a highly regulated quality assurance system.
• 3 years supervisory capacity.
• An A&P license is required; offsetting degree may apply with experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Repair Station is compliant with regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations for maintenance, repair, and alteration work.
• May perform additional duties as SMS coordinator, Training Coordinator, Continuous Improvement coordinator, EHS coordinator, Security coordinator, Export/Import compliance, PMA approvals.
• Manage planning and development of quality standards and procedures; ensure effective utilization of labor and materials.
• Establish training programs to upgrade employees' technical capabilities and knowledge of procedures and requirements.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, OEMs and vendors to support growth and daily operations.
• Promote departmental goals, explain company values, and emphasize safety.
• Appraise performance, reward and discipline, and address complaints.
• Assign tasks, hire qualified personnel as needed; prepare departmental budgets and controls.
