Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation sciences or quality systems or related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform essential functions.
• 6 years of technical experience within Part 25 aircraft in a highly regulated quality assurance system.
• 3 years of supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and enforce Repair Station quality policies and procedures; perform all duties of Chief Inspector.
• Manage and control the operations and personnel engaged in quality department activities to ensure safe, compliant and quality products.
• Ensure policies, procedures and practices are compliant with US and international regulatory requirements to attain and sustain Repair Station business commitments.
• Establish training programs to upgrade employees' technical capabilities and knowledge of governing procedures, regulations and requirements.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, OEMs and vendors to support ongoing operation and growth.
• Explain and reinforce company values and safety goals to employees; appraise performance and address issues promptly.
