• Use NetSuite to create POs from requisitions and educate staff on system functionality.
• Forward POs to internal/external contacts for review and approval.
• Confirm accuracy of POs and revise promptly as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and vendor information.
• Assist in timely payment authorization withReceiving documentation.
• Focus primarily on Aviation purchases.
