Job summary

Lochner is seeking an organized administrative professional in Dallas to support aviation engineering teams. You will manage correspondence, assist with contracts and bid processes, and ensure documents are complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting engineering or architecture teams is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of general correspondence and meeting materials.
• Supports engineering staff with contract documents and bid processes.
• Process documents for completeness, grammar and accuracy.
• Prepare complex reports and addendums as needed.
• Coordinate tasks and provide administrative support to project teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools.
