Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler - Aviation for our PM/CM group, onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

The TDIP Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for Terminal Development & Improvement Program, coordinating with owners, designers, and contractors to manage complex, multi-project sequencing. The position emphasizes forensics scheduling to support delay claims with exposure values around $200M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of scheduling experience on active construction projects.
• Direct forensic scheduling experience to support large-scale delay claims (≥$200M, 3+ yrs).
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build delivery methods.
• Ability to communicate technical/schedule info to non-expert audiences.
• Aviation or large transportation project experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate project schedule submittals from design and contractor teams.
• Perform independent analyses of submitted schedules and contract requirements.
• Provide owner with objective schedule delay assessments and supporting analyses.
• Prepare summary and detailed findings for owner or third parties.
• Assist with change orders and claims disputes and related time impact analyses.
• Develop reports communicating complex sequencing and forensic assessments.
