Responsibilities include reviewing contractor schedules, performing forensic analyses on delays, and collaborating with project and construction managers. This full-time role requires expertise in Oracle Primavera software and successful communication with both technical and management personnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience with 5 years in construction projects.
• Direct forensic scheduling experience on projects of at least $200M.
• Experience in aviation and large transportation projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules.
• Review designer and contractor schedules and perform analyses.
• Engage in discussions with contractors regarding delay claims.
