STV is seeking a organized Technical Project Assistant - Aviation to support the ORD Next team on-site in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on office operations and project coordination in a busy aviation environment.

You will manage conference rooms, scheduling, and internal communications while helping implement policies and procedures for smooth daily workflows. Strong MS Office skills and a proven administrative background are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations and facilities for ORD Next team.
• Coordinate booking, scheduling and on-site support for ORD Next.
• Manage space planning and seating changes for team growth.
• Provide technical assistance and support meeting coordination.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates.
