Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee business aviation MRO projects, coordinating aircraft work flow and customer communication.

The role requires independent work on multiple projects and collaboration with department managers for squawk approvals, deposits, and closing work orders. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in aviation MRO, FAA documentation experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years prior experience in business aviation MRO activities is preferred.
• General experience with FAA paperwork, work order and billing processes is required.
• Strong customer contact skills and ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft work scope and project timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring schedule adherence and quality.
