West Star Aviation in Missouri is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex aviation maintenance projects. This role requires coordination with customers and department managers, overseeing work orders, squawk approvals, deposits, and closing WOs while maintaining schedules and quality.

You will work independently across multiple projects, ensuring clear communication, FAA compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in business aviation MRO preferred.
• Extensive FAA paperwork, work orders and billing familiarity.
• Strong customer contact and service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination and manage multiple aircraft projects.
• Act as primary contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Coordinate work orders, squawk approvals, deposits, and closing WOs.
• Ensure schedule adherence and maintain work quality.
