Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Airframe and Powerplant License beneficial.
  • Aviation specific training beneficial.
  • College education or degree beneficial.
  • Management, leadership and customer service training beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with work order processing and coordinates with the customer on squawk approval, deposit processing, and closing WOs.
  • Coordinates large projects and provides strong customer support.
  • Works independently and manages multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Acts as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Contracts departments as needed for assigned aircraft.
