Job summary

West Star Aviation, a leading MRO provider, seeks a Gulfstream Project Manager to oversee large, cross-functional aircraft projects from initial coordination to final delivery. The role emphasizes independent work, strong organization, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in business aviation MRO, FAA paperwork familiarity, and a focus on excellence in project execution and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Airframe and Powerplant License beneficial.
• Aviation specific training beneficial.
• College education or degree beneficial.
• Management, leadership and customer service training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists with work order processing and coordinates with the customer on squawk approval, deposit processing, and closing WOs.
• Coordinates large projects and provides strong customer support.
• Works independently and manages multiple projects under deadlines.
• Acts as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Collaborates with Sales and Contracts departments as needed for assigned aircraft.
