• Perform technical discipline tasks: analyses, reports, design, specification, production.
• Lead project delivery using SDA; develop and execute PM plan; supervise and mentor staff.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development with client relationships and pursuit activities.
• May recruit, hire and develop staff; support performance and compensation reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
