AtkinsRéalis seeks a Project Manager in New York, NY, to balance on-site and remote work while reporting to the Project Director or Lead Project Manager. You will oversee multiple projects in an Owner’s Rep setting, coordinating with clients, contractors, design teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 6–10 years in Aviation and/or Hospitality, a Bachelor's degree, and travel to JFK/LGA airports. PMP/CCM preferred. Competitive compensation within the stated range.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PM experience in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
• PMP or CCM equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).

Aufgaben

• Split time between on site and office/remote and manage multiple projects.
• Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
• Review project schedule and budgets, analyze change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
• Manage project files and internal reporting programs.
