Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the New York, NY area. The role splits time between on site and office/remote work. You will report to the Project Director or Lead Project Manager and operate in an Owner's Rep environment.

You will coordinate with the client, contractor, design team and stakeholders, review schedules and budgets, and manage change orders, reports, and assistant project managers. Ensure files and internal reporting are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-10 years of experience in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
• PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.

About you

Expected compensation range is between $104,000- $173,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
