Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. seeks a Gulfstream Project Manager to oversee complex aviation projects from initiation to completion.

The role emphasizes client interaction, scheduling, and coordinating with department managers while maintaining FAA compliance and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of business aviation MRO experience, strong project coordination skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years prior experience in business aviation MRO activities is preferred.
• General experience with FAA paperwork, work order and billing processes is required.
• Extensive customer contact and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft work flow and provide schedule calendars as necessary depending on work scope.
• Act as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Work independently on projects and coordinate multiple projects; schedule and work quality are essential.
• Assist with Sales and Contracts Departments for assigned aircraft as needed.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company safety rules.
