Job summary

Shrewsberry & Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering to oversee airport design projects and build senior relationships with authorities, counties, and municipalities. The role requires FAA criteria knowledge and potential PE licensure in multiple states, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10 years of experience with significant airside design.
• Demonstrated experience in FAA criteria and regulations, project management, client management, and staff development.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, fee proposals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and market Shrewsberry services in assigned geographic areas.
• Manage overall financial performance and day-to-day operations for projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Provide technical direction, develop scopes, assess man-hour requirements, and create budgets.
• Identify schedule/cost variances and implement corrective actions.
• Lead/participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and schedule performance.
