Shrewsberry & Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering to lead airport design projects, build relationships with authorities, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The role emphasizes FAA criteria proficiency and the potential to obtain PE licensure in multiple states.

Responsibilities include business development, client relations, mentoring engineers, and strategic growth of the aviation practice across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is required
• 10 years of airside design experience
• Demonstrated experience applying FAA criteria and regulations
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level project management oversight for aviation engineering projects
• Develop relationships with airport authorities and agencies in the region
• Manage financial performance and day-to-day operations for projects
• Lead business development and market growth in assigned regions
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate staff to maximize client value
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and quality control plans
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer on health and safety plans
• Lead proposals and client relations for key accounts
