Arora Engineers LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital and operating projects at JFK, guiding initiation, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. You will be the primary contact for clients, teams, contractors and regulators, balancing objectives, risks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing schedules and budgets, managing risk, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Possess valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish project goals, scope, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, execution strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Serve as liaison among clients, project teams, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design teams, construction managers, and contractors to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support procurement planning, contract administration, and change management.
