Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide direction for existing or new aviation projects.

You will act as a client/Company liaison to protect interests while maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. The role requires coordinating multi-trade field work, conducting meetings, preparing schedules and reports, and managing payments, with a focus on airport-related facilities and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of progressive responsibility within the construction industry.
• Experience with airport projects: terminals, facilities, runway/taxiway at medium/large airports.
• Valid state driver’s license (any US state).
• Ability to work in the US and meet worksite security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project and construction management support during planning, design, construction and closeout.
• Coordinate to verify client requirements and expectations are met during construction.
• Coordinate field work with all trades and conduct project coordination meetings.
• Prepare progress charts, schedules and reports; perform monthly billing reviews.
• Measure quantities, certify estimates, and payments to contractors; generate weekly status reports.
• Escort and supervise access on the AOA and back-of-house areas; coordinate access during peak/off-peak hours.
• Prepare documentation for payment requisitions and collect As-Built drawings.
• Contribute to project closeout and development of recommendations; communicate status to supervisor and client.
• Represent the Company at project meetings; ensure adherence to Company standards and OSHA requirements.
