Job summary

Lee County Port Authority is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering & Construction to lead complex airport projects at RSW and Page Field. You will keep programs on schedule, within budget, and fully coordinated across architecture, engineering and construction disciplines.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Construction, you will negotiate contracts, manage budgets, supervise staff and consultants, coordinate with regulators and tenants, and ensure compliance with all laws, codes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management/science or related field; minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, construction contract administration/management, program management, or equivalent.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background screening and drug test, and obtain/maintain SIDA badge prior to employment

• Manage complex projects involving multi-disciplined architectural, engineering, and construction elements
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and fully coordinated
• Lead design milestone meetings; pre-design, pre-bid and pre-construction conferences; construction progress meetings; completion meetings
