Responsibilities

• Design and management of airport and site development engineering projects.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort across project elements.
• Prepare complete project documentation including plans, specifications, and engineer estimates.
• Evaluate and adapt standard techniques to project assignments; solve problems.
• Manage multiple projects within time, budget, and scope constraints.
• Develop proposals including bid documents, reports and studies.
• Attend project meetings and present engineering aspects.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project schedule.
• Interpret contract specs and resolve conflicts with contractors.
• Maintain milestones and issue logs; prepare status reports and change orders.
• Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve project issues.
• Prepare project scopes, tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in marketing and business development pursuits.
• Attend industry forums and interact with clients and officials.
