Job summary

AECOM Hunt seeks an Aviation Project Executive to lead a 300MM airport construction project at Cincinnati/NKY. The role oversees CM/GC delivery, GMP development, and coordination with Airport Authority, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, and scope alignment.

Ideal candidates bring extensive aviation construction leadership, strong stakeholder management, and experience navigating complex, phased projects in a live airport environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM/GC strategy and project delivery for complex aviation construction.
• Direct estimating, scheduling, logistics planning, and constructability reviews.
• Oversee GMP development, subcontractor negotiations, and buyout strategy.
• Manage risk, cost reporting, and contingency planning in an active airport.
• Coordinate with owner, designer, and AHJ to ensure safety and compliance.
