Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Aviation to be based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, Texas. You will oversee aviation projects from inception through closeout, guiding scope, schedule and budget in line with contract documents and company procedures.

The role requires coordinating with airport tenants, airlines and city/state agencies, leading design and construction management teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget using Unifier, BIM and Primavera

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years of leadership.
• Must have valid Class C driver's license and DFW AOA certification.
• Preferred: Civil PE license; aviation project management experience.
• Must obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at DFW.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, schedule and quality per contract and procedures.
• Oversee design and construction support activities.
• Oversee design consultants to keep on schedule and budget.
• Maintain weekly project status reports.
• Use Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, SharePoint to manage projects.
• Coordinate with airport tenants, airlines and DFW departments and agencies.
• Proactively resolve issues to minimize client exposure.
• Lead change orders negotiations and procurements.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to align with DFW goals.
