Job summary

You'll lead General Superintendents and project teams, coordinate with airport authorities and regulators, and drive best-practice field execution across markets, with readiness to travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering with extensive aviation project experience.
• Minimum 12 years in construction with 5+ years in aviation leadership and large programs.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site field operations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation field operations across major programs including terminals and airside projects.
• Oversee General Superintendents and field teams across multiple job sites.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA requirements and aviation safety standards.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, owners, and regulators to minimize disruption.
• Drive program execution, scheduling, cost control, and quality standards.
