Job summary

AECOM Hunt seeks a seasoned Project Controls Director to lead cost management, scheduling, and risk for a major aviation construction program in Saint Louis. You will direct budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with airport authorities, contractors, and regulators.

The role requires extensive experience in aviation projects, proficiency with Primavera P6, EcoSys, SAP, and EVM, and a proven track record in leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering/Construction Management or similar.
• At least 12 years of construction project controls experience and 4 years of leadership.
• Experience in aviation construction, terminal development or related projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, EcoSys, SAP and EVM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls processes including cost management, scheduling, risk management and change management.
• Oversee preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules with baseline progress and critical path analysis.
• Ensure timely documentation including correspondence, drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Manage contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders ensuring compliance with timelines.
