Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Project Scheduler in Oklahoma City, OK to shape the future of critical aviation programs within the NAS framework. The role focuses on developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, coordinating across teams, and providing leadership with clear progress visibility.

You will monitor performance, analyze risks, and propose practical recovery actions while maintaining IMS and high-level program schedules.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Masters; 9 years of experience accepted without a degree.
Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools.
Monitor schedule health and identify delays or risks.
Analyze schedule impacts and propose corrective actions.
Identify critical path activities and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and high-level program schedules.
Prepare concise schedule reports and briefings for leadership.
Facilitate schedule planning meetings and keep stakeholders aligned.
Communicate schedule changes and status to stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and best practices.
