Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace in Addison, TX seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Schedules from project initiation through PoP. You will collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to ensure on-time milestones, provide status updates, and deliver detailed schedule analyses to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in scheduling, proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Smartsheet for schedule creation and management.
• Demonstrated experience standing up IMS from scratch at project initiation and mapping schedules through the end of PoP.
• Proven ability to maintain schedules throughout the entire lifecycle of a program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience using BoEs and resource estimates to derive project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Stand up Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) from the ground up at project initiation.
• Support bid and proposal schedules with accurate timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and update schedules throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to ensure schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis of project schedules to leadership.
