Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace in Addison, TX is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to build and manage Integrated Master Schedules for propulsion programs. You will collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated throughout the program lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in scheduling, with strong MS Project/Smartsheet skills, IMS-from-scratch, and experience with BoEs and resource estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project scheduling or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Smartsheet for schedule management.
• Experience standing up IMS from scratch through PoP.
• Experience maintaining schedules through a program lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using BoEs and resource estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Stand up IMS from the ground up at project initiation and map schedules through PoP.
• Support bid and proposal schedules with accurate timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain schedules throughout the program lifecycle and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to ensure schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis of project schedules to leadership.
