Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a complex aviation program and deliver multiple projects in a client-facing role. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
15 years relevant experience.
PMP certification and/or PE licensure preferred.
Willingness to relocate if not locally.

Responsibilities

Acts as the client’s agent in delivering PMC services across planning, delivery, procurement, risk, and operations.
Routinely resolves difficult issues of significant financial impact and risk.
Identifies opportunities to advance HNTB’s presence and revenue in PMC markets.
Builds a reputation in the industry and maintains relationships with clients and industry orgs.
Interacts with senior government or public officials and clients on significant program matters.
Defines staffing needs and provides direction to project managers and subcontractors.
Understands political environment and client perspectives on success.
Leads the team while maintaining firm culture and organization.
