Job summary

HNTB is seeking a seasoned Construction/Project Manager to oversee field contract management, administration, and coordination on large, complex projects valued at $20M or more. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 12 years of relevant experience, with jurisdictional certifications and preferred PE or related credentials.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate construction engineering assignments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities, priorities, and staffing; monitor progress and resolve field issues with architects and engineers.
• Oversee project controls, schedule coordination, and submittal reviews for conformance to plans.
