Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager from sales handover through engineering, certification, supply chain and production until program closure.

You will help maintain on-time performance, quality, cost and weight targets, coordinate meetings and documentation, and communicate with customers and OEMs. A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer relations and engineering understanding are essential.
• Knowledge of FAA certification procedures for commercial aircraft seats preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager from sales handover to program closure with cost, timeline, scope and quality responsibility.
• Maintain overall program timeline and manage scope changes.
• Develop full-scale project plans in MS Project and manage tracking databases.
• Coordinate with OEMs and customers; prepare meeting minutes and status reports.
• Monitor program performance against targets for cost, schedule and performance.
