Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Certification Engineer III to lead certification programs for aircraft interior products. You will work with the program team, installers, suppliers, and regulators (FAA/EASA) to plan and execute certifications and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Aerospace/Mechanical) with 6+ years (or a Master’s with 4+ years) of interior product experience, strong project management, and hands-on testing knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Aerospace/Mechanical preferred.
• 6+ years experience in aircraft interior products; Master’s with 4+ years acceptable.
• Experience with TSO/ETSO product testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute certification programs.
• Advanced knowledge of CFR and CS 21, 23 and 25 regulations.
• Interface with FAA/EASA designees for coordination and approvals.
• Liaison with airlines, FAA/EASA and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification records.
• Develop tools to track deliverables and testing, ensuring on-time completion.
