Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Windsor, CT to lead manufacturing operations and drive safe, efficient production. The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and English fluency across a dynamic aerospace environment.

The position emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and adherence to quality standards, with opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Repairman Certificate within 2–4 months or possess A&P license.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Four years of experience/training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of quality products.
• Schedule daily and weekly production; maintain quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production employees; provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives; ensure materials and tools are available.
• Promote continuous improvement; ensure compliance with QCPs and 5S practices.
