Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Clerk to maintain and audit aircraft documentation, ensuring accurate accountability and compliance with FAA requirements and customer standards.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced factory environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of aircraft-related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aircraft documentation and recordkeeping.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to type 30 wpm without errors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and prep for new packages prior to aircraft arrival for accurate accountability.
• Set up and maintain production control booth documentation.
• Produce complete documentation package for each program.
• Input estimated labor hours and update management system.
• Ensure all operations are properly audited and tallied.
• Maintain daily production booth logs and report issues to leadership.
