Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. seeks a Production Control Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support for aircraft maintenance, modification, and FAA Repair Station programs. You will issue, process, screen, and maintain maintenance documents and related records, with data entry into SAP and related systems.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams. Office environment with potential overtime and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of aviation clerical or production control experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; DoD clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process maintenance documents for completeness and correctness in accordance with established procedures and contractual requirements.
• Initiate and distribute maintenance documents for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain and track aircraft all maintenance documents assigned.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled document inventories as required.
• Generate maintenance reports for the production operations as directed.
• Input maintenance actions into SAP, including backfit data as needed.
• Maintain, transcribe, and file required maintenance documentation and correspondence.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on maintenance documentation.
• Maintain awareness of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) locations and applicable safety precautions.
• Initiate work requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between team members and departments.
