Job summary

Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services in the United States is seeking a Production Clerk to support work controllers and maintenance teams by organizing aircraft work packages and maintaining documentation.

You will order and file all job cards and maintenance forms, log and process worksheets, weight change reports, component tags and other paperwork, and perform final inventory with the Inspection Department to ensure completeness. Shift is 10 hours, Friday through Monday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years data entry or word processing experience.
• Typing 40 wpm.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and email, plus web-based apps.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication with diverse teams.
• 10 hour Morning Shift, Friday - Monday.

Responsibilities

• Assist Work Controllers and Maintenance/Inspection in maintaining aircraft work packages.
• Order, establish and maintain a file for all job cards, maintenance forms and paperwork for each maintenance visit package.
• Log and process maintenance forms such as partial worksheets, weight change reports, component tags, component work orders, RFTS, REA's and other customer supplied maintenance forms.
• Perform final inventory of completed work pages with Inspection Department to ensure all documentation is accounted for and all tally sheets have been signed.
