Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is hiring in Goodyear, AZ for a role focused on planning and pricing aircraft maintenance work and coordinating multiple work packages to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

You will manage schedules, prepare production documentation, and support billing with precise data. The position requires strong communication, self-direction, and solid experience in aircraft maintenance planning, with proficiency in Excel, Access and Project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years in aircraft planning/pricing with aircraft maintenance data.
• Four years of commercial aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance work packages from planning through closure with emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Plan and price customer work packages for labor and materials; create and monitor production milestones.
• Develop aircraft master phasing charts and provide project performance reports; forecast manpower and material needs.
• Prepare work packages for production, update schedules, and ensure proper documentation and billing data.
