AAR Corp in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Planning Analyst to ensure maintenance work packages are planned efficiently and accurately. You will estimate labor by skill, assemble work breakdowns, and input data into the MAJIC system to support cost accounting and billing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, aviation experience, and the ability to coordinate with tooling, materials, and production while maintaining safety standards. Weekend/on-call duties may be required.

Competenze

• Two years aviation experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Basic computer knowledge of typical PC and mainframe programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft related scheduling and maintenance packages preferred.

Mansioni

• Estimate customer supplied work packages and programs for individual skills; determine cumulative program cost for labor hours by skill.
• Create a work breakdown matrix for cost accounting to support billing requirements and input into MAJIC service order.
• Enter work cards into MAJIC with job description, estimated man-hour requirements by skill, and customer references.
• Produce required printed operations for the work package and assemble customer work packages.
• Provide a work package tally book for each aircraft and maintain an Excel master matrix of task cards and data.
• Develop aircraft master script listing all work cards to be completed by day for each C-check or above.
• Maintain historical estimates versus actual amounts to aid future pricing.
• Ensure all work breakdown codes are priced and loaded correctly for invoicing.

Formazione

Four-year college degree in business, aviation management, engineering or related field

A&P Certification
