Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a part-time Sheetmetal Mechanic to perform quality aircraft maintenance and repairs in a regulated environment. You will organize work plans, adhere to FAA and customer requirements, and ensure workmanship meets the company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for large commercial aircraft. Applicants must pass background checks and DOT drug testing as part of pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of airframe sheetmetal experience preferred.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace aircraft components requiring bolting and rigging.
• Repair, modify, or overhaul aircraft systems to maintain airworthiness.
• Follow FAA and company procedures and document work properly.
• Work within estimated hours and ensure safety on the shop floor.
• Operate ground support equipment and maintain a clean work area.
