Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Clerical practices, office procedures, automated equipment, computers, and math.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Ability to enter large volume of orders in the system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an International Trade team.

Responsibilities

• Enters document data (e.g., order entry, quotes, etc.) into computer and types of various forms and documents and reviews customer purchase orders to assess order requirements.
• Collaborates with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensures order meet requirements and OTD and reviews customer order books and follow-up on actions required.
• Proofreads paperwork with computer for part number and for accuracy.
• Adheres to record keeping processes and distributes incoming faxes and mail, operates all office machines, and takes incoming calls and handles them in a professional manner.
