Job summary

Ameriflight, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Parts Clerk in Phoenix, AZ to supply Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with parts and tools, manage orders, and maintain records for purchasing, receiving, and shipping.

The role requires reading P.O.s and procedures, basic data entry, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend shifts, some travel, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P.O.s, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic data entry skills; proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new programs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Disposes approved parts and tool calibrations.
• Uses the DASH inventory control system to record receipt, transfer and reductions of parts and rotables.
• Initiates parts order requisitions when stock levels fall below minimum.
• Assists with physical inventories.
• Aids with shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input.
• Maintains files to track parts and shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
