Forsite Consultants Ltd in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our Inventory Team. This on-site role handles incoming parts, logs shipments, maintains inventory, and supports field crews and maintenance technicians.

You will organize stock, place replenishment orders, and ensure accurate records while complying with safety standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with proficiency in Excel helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic typing and computer skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Pull, package, and issue parts to field crews and maintenance technicians.
• Organize stockroom shelves and yard storage for easy retrieval.
• Place replenishment orders and follow up on backorders.
• Coordinate with aviation and field operations teams ahead of maintenance.
• Process returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges.
• Keep the parts room and yard clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliation.
