Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage customers for spare parts under supervisor guidance.
• Respond to requests promptly and promote products to customers.
• Process quotes through SPQ from email and phone.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with technical team.
• Process orders in ERP and arrange shipments per policy.
• Keep customers updated on order status and assist with issues.
• Identify stock needs by analyzing market demand with purchasing.
• Multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
