Job summary

Ameriflight, LLC is seeking a Parts Clerk to supply Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with parts and tools and to maintain records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials.

The role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with some travel. Responsibilities include parts discharge, tool calibrations, and inventory recordkeeping using the DASH system.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P.O.s, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Disposes approved parts and tool calibrations.
• Records receipt, transfer and reductions of parts using DASH inventory system.
• Initiates parts order requisitions when stock falls below minimum.
• Performs shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input.
• Maintains files to track parts and shipments.
