PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage inventory of aviation parts and supplies. The role involves organizing cataloging parts, processing orders, and ensuring availability for operations and maintenance.

You will conduct regular inventory audits, update systems, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while adhering to budget constraints and safety standards. Training and background checks are part of the process.

Formación

• Experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in an aviation or similar technical environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and computerized record-keeping.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies for equipment and vehicles.
• Record and track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts and equipment.
• Inspect and verify incoming parts and supplies for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area for easy access and inventory control.
• Issue parts and tools to maintenance staff as required.
• Update and maintain inventory management system.
• Process purchase orders and invoices with finance.
• Assist in managing the budget for parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to understand parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in storage and handling.
• Handle returns of defective parts to suppliers.
• Support inventory audits and stocktaking activities.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
