AMI Aviation Service is seeking a motivated Receiving Clerk to join our team in Sanford, FL. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming aviation parts and materials, with emphasis on traceability and accuracy.

You will enter data into our inventory system, label and organize materials, and support cycle counts and warehouse activities. Basic aviation knowledge and a willingness to learn are important in this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Familiarity with receiving, warehousing, or inventory procedures is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aviation parts against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Enter receiving information into the inventory management system with accuracy.
• Label, identify, and organize received materials per procedures.
• Assist with stock organization, material movement, and cycle counts.
• Identify damaged or nonconforming materials and report to the appropriate department.
